Bigotry against Muslims is as hurtful to the human cause as bigotry against Christians. A lack of economic opportunity for any segment of society harms the economic viability of the whole society. If we destroy our environment with pollution or global warming, all of humanity will suffer.

Our differences define us in many ways. Our similarities link us as brothers and sisters who share the same desires, the same needs, and ultimately the same goals: a good life with some measure of protection from poverty, disease, war, and corruption.
